Los \u201clangostinos de Ibarra\u201d de SAGARDI provienen de huerta propia y son recolectados sin que pasen de los 12 cm para que conserve toda su ternura.<br>La guindilla de Ibarra se sirve frita, apenas 30 segundos, y con un toque de sal, siendo el aperitivo predilecto para estos meses de verano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los tomates de caser\u00edo provienen de la huerta propia de SAGARDI, sin intermediarios, maduran en la propia planta y se recolectan en su mejor momento para poder presentarse en su m\u00e1xima expresi\u00f3n en las mesas de los restaurantes durante los meses de verano. Cada semana llegan a los restaurantes de Grupo SAGARDI las diferentes variedades de tomates que se plantan en nuestras huertas, variedades antiguas, puras y libres de transg\u00e9nicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Marmitako de bonito, es otro de los imprescindibles de la cocina marinera de las costas de Euskadi. Un guiso de barco, sencillo pero lleno de sabor. Bonito del puerto de Hondarribia de 6 u 8 kilos, patata y verduras. Sencillez, tradici\u00f3n y productos de temporada, la gastronom\u00eda de or\u00edgenes de Grupo SAGARDI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El bonito que servimos en nuestros restaurantes proviene de una tradici\u00f3n pesquera tradicional, pescados a ca\u00f1a uno a uno desde el barco Itsas Lagunak (Amigos del mar) que nos provee cada temporada el mejor Bonito del Norte del Pa\u00eds Vasco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y para ponerle un final dulce, nada mejor que nuestro postre de Melocot\u00f3n de Tudela asado con crema de vainilla y helado de Mar\u00eda Luisa. \u00a1On egin!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a1Llega la nueva carta de verano a nuestras mesas!
