Grills are synonymous with summer, outdoor dining, and gatherings among friends, and now they have their own festival. For this second edition of the Meat&Fire gastronomic festival, the world's best specialized restaurants have come together to prepare a variety of dishes accompanied by music. For the pleasure of all meat lovers.

Meat&Fire is the first festival dedicated to meat and fire that will bring together more than 40 grill virtuosos.

Our chefs are proud to cook for you and share their knowledge

- Mikel López de Viñaspre will represent Sagardi restaurants, demonstrating traditional Basque cuisine techniques. 
- Hideki Matsuhisa, the chef of our restaurant Ikoya, will share his knowledge of extraordinary Wagyu beef.
- Juan Bagur, our chef passionate about Mexican gastronomy, will represent Oaxaca.
- And let's not forget the presence of Cristina Pérez from Pork Boig Per Tu, a master of Catalan wood-fired pig.
